Adoptable Dogs

There are some new adoptable dogs available throughout the Lowcountry looking for loving forever homes. If you can’t adopt, remember that sponsoring or fostering may be the right option for you!

Cooper is a retriever/hound mix. He is almost 2 years old and is housetrained. Remember that when you adopt from Pet Helpers, you will receive FREE pet insurance for the first 30 days after the adoption is finalized. To find out more about Cooper click HERE.

Baxter is a 1 1/2 year old Doberman Pinscher Mix. He is housetrained and ready to be part of your loving home! For more information about adopting Baxter or other available dogs through the Charleston Animal Society, click HERE.

Brennan is a gorgeous 2 year red boy who was pulled from a rural shelter. He was obviously someone’s companion at one point because he is doing great in his foster home and with his canine siblings. Once he is fully vetted he will make a wonderful addition to a lucky family. For more information on adopting Brennan or to see new available dogs from GGRLC click HERE.

Carrie is house, cat and kid friendly. She does best with another dog to hang with and does not like crates. Loves belly rubs, long walks and the occasional swim in the lake. Her energy level is about 5/10. She was obviously not exposed to people/places in her prior life, as a result does have some anxiety over new situations. Her foster mom is working on this and should be ready for adoption in a month or two. For more information about adopting Carrie go the the Lowcountry Lab Rescue website.

Buddha is a black Labrador retriever mix. He is a soft cuddly teddy bear and really likes to be with people. He goes right into his crate if asked, but really prefers to sleep next to his people’s bed because he gets lonely. He is easy going and always has a tail wag and big smile for everyone he meets. He is heartworm negative and neutered – all he needs now is his forever home! If you want to be his forever home, click HERE to begin the adoption process with Wild Heir Labrador Rescue.
